There is no new organization to join, nothing major to change in your life. You can continue to do yoga, qigong, taiji, prayer, meditation, or any other activity of self improvement or self unfoldment. When you do this, look at the time. Is it at the times shown in the picture above? In the middle of the first half of any hour in UTC? Wonderful! If not, see if you can get in sync the next day.
