The Key to daily happiness

The key to a happy life is to have a daily practice for at least 9 – 10 minutes in which you focus on a happy world, in which everyone has the life that they would like.

It’s simple and easy for the wise heart to accept. Sometimes, the thinking brain cannot accept this and begins to argue and discuss and doubt.

So, for a few minutes a day, just follow a practice where you can visualize and dream, think about  and SENSE a happy world, a smile world, a world of light, of unity among all the wonderfully diverse children of the earth.
