Adopt a Daily Practice of Happiness

There are three steps to sync:

  1. Adopt a daily practice that makes you happy, and keeps you smiling for at least ten minutes.
  2. Radiate that happiness out into the world for ten minutes every day.
  3. Choose a time when you  will do this every day. Ensure that it covers ten minutes past the hour.

This is how easy it is to help set up an hourly wave of pulsating light around the globe.
