Yesterday the sun smiled in sync with us. And for a day, if not more, millions watched a wonderful real-life act play out in the sky. In those few wonderful hours, sync changed the world.
The solar eclipse: a precise synchronization of sun, moon and earth at such angles, and moments of space and time, that many the continental United States could experience the sun eclipsed by a new [dark] moon, as it moved from coast to coast.
How miraculous it was! The wonder did not escape people world-wide who prayed, meditated, or simply watched in wonder and joy.
Did you see the eclipse? Was it online, in the sky, on TV, in photos or videos?
Did you see how, as the moon’s embrace moved, the crescent sun turned into a smile?
